Björn Kälin
Björn Kälin brings a rare combination of deep corporate experience and forward-looking IP strategic thinking. His decade-long tenure as Global Head of Customer Insight and Trademark Management at a Swiss Global Player saw him lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects across more than 35 countries, with full accountability for market intelligence and commercial positioning at a global scale.
His transition into IP advisory was driven by a conviction formed across this career: that the single greatest source of untapped enterprise value in modern companies lies in how they manage, structure, and leverage their intellectual property. At morethentic, he translates this conviction into actionable board-level strategy.
Björn Kälin is also an Ambassador for Intellectual Property and Sustainable Development for the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IPI/IGE), Bern.
Marc Blanxart
Marc is a versatile professional with extensive experience in intellectual property (IP) management, marketing, and international business. He has a proven track record of success in managing a portfolio of 14,000 clients as a former Executive Committee Member of a multinational IP Advisory Firm.
Marc's background also includes being an MBA Professor of Marketing and Latin American Studies. He has experience leading a Global Business Unit in the building materials industry and served on the board of an NGO focused on affordable housing. This well-rounded experience allows Marc to bring a unique perspective to their work.
Camilo Diaz
Camilo possesses a Master of Science in Development Economics with a focus on technological advancement and its economic impact. He boasts over 15 years of experience in innovation, project management, and financial valuation/structuring across various sectors and company types, including intangible assets.
His background includes extensive experience in assessing, evaluating, and administering highly innovative projects, corporate entrepreneurship initiatives, and projects focused on corporate finance and/or strategic growth. Furthermore, Camilo is a specialist in managing and valuing intangible assets, particularly in the healthcare, finance, IT/Software, hospitality, and pharmaceutical industries.
